The location is excellent, close to Ramazan, Marina beach, and JBR Walk, with Aquafun nearby.

Fantastic hotel, very close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities are modern. Excellent breakfast.
The restaurant gets a little crowded at breakfast time. You have to get there early to avoid standing in line.

Room was pretty updated and of a good size, having its own bathroom attached, offering some really nice views - for instance. Being so close to the beach made its location ideal for sure! 🏖️

The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value. the staff are very friendly, from the doorman to the manager. - the location is perfect, near the marina and close to various amenities like coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Efficient check-in, great and beautiful location next to the beach, the marina and all transportation, Dubai for Xmas, and convenient parking in the building.

The room was brand-new and well furnished. the bed was large, liked it. - the staff were exceptionally attentive. - Excellent location to what they call "the walk JBR" or "beach walk".

Top location and very friendly staff!
If you have a late breakfast you have to queue for a seat for at least 15 minutes.

good king size bed, view of the Marina Mall, size of the room
The bathtub was too high to get in and out, and there was the shower. And the temperature control of the shower was very difficult, it would suddenly heat up almost burning as you showered

Location top, marina and beach with great promenade. Great terrace / bar with a fantastic view.
Queuing and waiting for a free place for breakfast was not so great.
